TIPS TO WIN!!: * Get in your back yard and practice as often as possible!! * that's it.. practice is the only tip!!
* Parents:Please encourage your players to take part in this competition. Help them practice and you will see a marked improvement in their ability to manipulate the soccer ball.
Rules: How To Challenge: * It's simple, tell your coach that you want to participate in the Juggling Challenge & Tournament. * You will then have a Juggling Match with a player directly in front of you in your age groups table. How to Get Points: * A Win is 3 points. Draw is 2 points, Loss is 1 point. * A Win = Juggling more times than your opponent. * A Draw = Equal # of touches without touching the ground. Who you can Challenge: * You can only challenge the player directly above you in the table listing for your age group. * Any player even on points with you or the player directly above you can be challenged. Administration: * A CSC Coach or Administrator must be present at any challenge for the result to be recorded. Challenge Format: * The two players who are involved in the challenge will each be given 3 chances to juggle as many times as possible. The best of the three juggles will be that players score. The player with the highest score wins. * Coaches will report scores to the administrators as soon as possible and scores will be posted here. End of Season Tournament: * All juggling challenge activity during the regular season WILL be counted towards the final standing for the end of season tournament. * All players will be entered into the End of Season Juggling Tournament. Those who wish not to particpate only need to tell their coach or a CSC administrator that they wish not to participate. * End of Season Tournament will be administered by a CSC Staff of Coaches. All results will be input and displayed within 48 hours of completion of the turnament. * Winners of each group (top 3) will recieve medals for their achievement. Other Winners: * Those who are determined to be most improved and most dedicated, within each age group, will be awarded as well. Other Rules/Regs: * The CSC Juggling Challenge is to be used by coaches and parents as a means to get players excited about learning ball skills on their own. This competition is not meant to measure one childs achievements against anothers, but to measure one childs progress against themselves. Parents, help your player improve by spending quality time with them at the field, or in the yard, kicking a ball, juggling, and working on little skills that will improve thier ability with a soccer ball, and also improve your bond with the player. * Anyone found to be ridiculing any other player for any reason will be disqualified immediately from the Juggling challenge and the End of Season Tournament.
