:Important Information: 

*  Clay Super Cup '09 will only accept Recreational teams registered through the AYSA or USYSA.
*  All teams must be Paid In Full before their application for participation will be fully accepted.
*  Teams Planning on paying upon Checkin will not be able to register fully online.  You must contact a Clay Soccer Club administrator to advise that you will be paying at check in.  CSC will then put your application in pending status online.
* Guest Players:  Clay Super Cup '09 is a recreational only tournament, so we will not be allowing guest players.  If you have a situation where you cannot bring your team due to this rule, please contact us.
* Medical Release Forms, Player Release Forms, Copies of Insurance cards, for each player must be presented at check-in.
* Player Passes:  Please ensure that all Player Passes are signed, with player photo and laminated upon checkin.  Each Player and Coach must have a valid Player/Coach pass.
*  Rosters:  Please have TWO copies of your signed USYSA/AYSA roster upon check-in.

:General Information:

Format for U10 will be 6v6, U12 will be 8v8, U14 and up will be 11v11.
If you have a U12 team wishing to play 11v11, they will have to play in the U14 division.
Participation in the Clay Super Cup '09 is entirely contingent on meeting all criteria setforth herein.  Admission to Clay Super Cup '09 is at the discression of the tournament committee of Clay Soccer Club.
