CSC's inaugural Adult team has beaten all the odds and won the GOAL CUP.

In a season that started slow, but ended with CSC in good form.  They entered the tournament with only a slim shot.   After winning their first two games 5-1 and 6-1 respectively, they went into the finals against a Gardendale team that had been the "team to beat" throughout the tournament.

90 minutes of fight is all Clay had left, and that's what they gave.  A scoreless 1st half lead to a 45 minute scrap in the second half.  Missing Manuel Hernandes in the midfield (who had his leg broken in the previous match) was an issue, but the manager moved things around to accomidate.  88 minutes had passed when Clay finally found the net.  With minimal time left, Gardendale couldn't muster an equalizer and Clay wins it's first GOAL CUP.
